Wayne Caldwell (Heroes Ranch General Manager): Former General Ranch GM of Hageman Reserve and the Links at Land’s End. Now the General Manager of Heroes Ranch and Guide dedicated to serving and supporting our Veterans, First Responders, and Special Needs.
Luke Baker (Heroes Ranch Manager): Retired US. Army Warrant Officer and Iraq War Veteran. Currently the Heroes Ranch Manager & Guide. Extensive experience and knowledge of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and adaptive equipment for disabilities and specials needs for the outdoors.
Cody Roberson (Heroes Ranch Corporate Development): Retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and Iraq War Veteran. Currently the Heroes Ranch Corporate and Sponsorship Development Manager and professional outdoorsman from (5) different Sportsman Channel & World Fishing Network Outdoor TV shows. Cody has spent a lifetime in service to our Veterans.
Dandy Bridges (Heroes Ranch Marketing & Media Manager): Dandy combines his lifelong love of the outdoors and hunting with a deep commitment to serving those who have sacrificed for our freedom. A proud dad and man of faith, Dandy puts family and purpose at the center of everything he does. For him Heroes Ranch—it’s a mission and he’s all in.
Alton Currie (Heroes Ranch Guide): Devoted Husband of 3 kids. Retired after 20 years of honorable service to the United States Marine Corps. Currently works and guides for Heroes Ranch leading and organizing outdoor experiences designed to support healing and recovery of Veterans and First Responders.
Dreabon Joiner (Heroes Ranch Guide): Retired and extreme professional outdoorsman and longtime author for numerous outdoor magazines and blogs. Now a Heroes Ranch Guide and supporting our Veterans, First Responders and Special Needs Heroes.
Jordan Sawyer (Heroes Ranch Guide): Heroes Ranch Hunting & Fishing Guide, Patriot and Ranch Hand Outdoor Enthusiast, Horse and Dog Lover and Trophy Elk Hunter. Jordan is engaged with a October wedding date in 2025 and is the Heir Apparent to Heroes Ranch.
